We aim to ensure a great experience with every massage service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, our refund policy is outlined below.
Refunds:
- Full refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, but rescheduling is available.
- Refunds for services not meeting your expectations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Processing:
All refunds are processed through PayPal, and the refunded amount may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
